Refund Policy 

At Williams Signature Care, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality non-medical home-care services. Because our caregivers reserve specific time slots for each client, the following refund guidelines apply:

Completed Services

Payments for services that have already been provided are non-refundable. Once a caregiver has completed their scheduled hours, those charges are final.

Cancellations

We understand plans change.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or the full hourly rate, depending on the agreement.

Prepaid Services

If a client purchases hours in advance:

  • Unused hours may be refunded if services have not yet started, minus any processing fees.

  • Once care begins, prepaid amounts are applied to scheduled hours and become non-refundable.

Service Concerns

If you ever have concerns about a caregiver or a service received, please notify us immediately. We will address the issue promptly; however, refunds are not issued for completed hours.

Contracted Agreements

All refunds and cancellations follow the terms outlined in your signed service agreement. This policy is meant to support—not replace—the contract already in place.
